I absolutely love my new windows! One of my passions is clean windows and now I can clean them from the inside – they are so easy to operate! Brian and his team were very professional in the way they handled the job and always returned when something wasn’t right. Due to weather, the job took longer than I would have liked but everything did get done as promised and realize we have no control over the weather. This is the second time I have used Buresh Home Solutions services because I know they will have excellent products and do a good job.

What was promised with the quality and products provided by Buresh Home Solutions was delivered. We were very comfortable throughout the whole process. My husband Bob and I built our home in Urbandale 17 years ago. The last couple of years we had noticed some deteriorating of the original siding. We then noticed a neighbor’s house that you had completed and were impressed with the results.
You and your crew were so pleasant to work with. I felt so comfortable with you helping me pick out the type of siding for the house and the color. I valued your opinion. Your crew was so friendly and thoughtful. Every night the yard was picked up. They were never pulled from my job to go to a different site. Each day before they left they would update me and tell me what they would be doing the next day.

Brian was very knowledgeable about the products he represented and his advice on how to proceed was professional. The contract was comprehensive in listing the items of work to be done.
The material was delivered by a third party who was cooperative in how it should be unloaded to be out of the way of the homeowner yet convenient for the installation crew.
The installation crew arrived a the promised time, well organized, and again, concerned to interfere with the homeowner to the least extent possible. Brian visited the jobsite on several occasions to coordinate the work. Very little time was spent running for supplies as almost everything needed was already on-site. I was surprised at the number and variability of specialized fittings required and the fact that all were available. Outside utilities and lights were removed as needed then reinstalled with appropriate trim. The actual installation work was done in a professional manner with good attention to detail. During the installation, the crew made several accommodations that were not required by the contract. At the end of the job Brian and the crew were very interested in customer satisfaction and a few small details were immediately attended to.
I had not previously had the experience of dealing with the contractors and employees who were so dedicated to customer satisfaction. The quality of the product and the installation were totally satisfactory. It was refreshing to pay at the end of the job after having experience with other contractors who required partial payments as items were ordered and as work progressed.
We are very pleased with our new Gorell windows. They're a huge improvement over our old ones in both appearance and energy conservation. After several months of shopping for windows, the Gorell windows were by far the clear choice and with the 50 year warranty we feel secure with our purchase. Everything from ordering, delivery, to final installation was done on time just as promised by Buresh Home Solutions. We are very happy with the product and service.

The vinyl siding was top grade along with the deck materials. Jesse, Jason / Mike and Brian were always available to answer questions. They actively sought our input on all decision points. They made welcome suggestions on options, many of which were no extra cost to us. Written descriptions were accurate. Construction began ahead of schedule & progressed in a timely manner. "An "extreme makeover" of the exterior of our home has just been completed by Brian Buresh and his company, Buresh Home Solutions, and I wanted to share our "extreme" pleasure with the results. Brian and his crews roofed, sided, replaced the gutters, all windows and exterior doors of our house in a short amount of time, always placing a priority on our job until it was completed. The worksite was cleaned up at the end of every day and Brian personally inspected the site almost daily to insure everything and everyone was in focus with our expectations. Telephone calls were answered or returned in a timely manner and as much time as was needed was always taken to answer our questions. “Brian, I do not normally write testimonials for contractors but then again, you and your crew were an exception to what normally see in the construction trade. You conducted your self in a professional and trusting manner. I was so stunned at the quality of the workmanship performed by your crew. They really did go the extra mile and did not rush the project. I realize my project took longer than what we expected, but then again, there were a lot of things that needed to be fixed (reconstruction of the overhangs, etc.) before the siding actually went up. I am a very picky individual and I will admit there was not one thing I was able to criticize about the work performed – absolutely awesome work. "Brian was great to work with, and as he said when he first called, he wanted the opportunity to earn our business - and he did! We really liked that he owned the company, he didn't have a salesman that took up hours of our time with demonstrations and reasons why his windows were so much better than anyone else, and he managed the project throughout. Brian suggested the same windows that he put into his own house, so we felt that the quality must be good. Brian went way out of his way to help us with all the window blinds throughout our house. We had a concern that they wouldn't fit again with new windows, and Brian figured out how they would. He even went so far as to stay on the project personally so that the blinds could be removed and then replaced as the windows were finished. He also purchased additional fittings for some of the blinds to ensure they fit. The windows were ordered quickly, and Brian's team were on the job within 4 days after the windows arrived. There wasn't another window provider that was going to get new windows in for us in less than 6-8 weeks. I would recommend Brian's company to anyone else.
